Zoning & Planning
The Planning & Zoning Commission reviews proposed amendments to zoning ordinances, site plans, and subdivision plat applications and makes recommendations to the Town Council regarding the current and future development of the Town of Ennis. At this time, the Madison County Planning Department is reviewing and approving applicable permits on behalf of the Town of Ennis. We appreciate the County’s assistance in ensuring the continued processing of permit applications and development reviews.
