Automatic Bank/Card Draft
This convenient, worry-free payment option allows residents to securely enroll in automatic payments through the online portal. Once enrolled, the amount of your monthly utility bill will be automatically deducted from your designated bank account or card and credited directly to your utility account, helping ensure timely payments and avoiding late fees. Please note that a 3% service fee applies to ACH payments at the time the automatic draft is established. Enrollment is completed directly by the resident through the online payment portal.
