City Attorney

The City Attorney serves as legal counsel to the Town of Ennis, providing guidance to the Town Commission, boards, and staff on municipal matters. This role includes reviewing ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as representing the Town in legal proceedings when necessary. The City Attorney also assists with code enforcement, land use matters, and risk management to help protect the Town’s legal interests. While the City Attorney represents the Town as a governmental entity, they do not provide legal advice or services to private citizens.
