2025-2026 Base Rates
Water: $19.55 + $1.92/1000 gallons
Sewer: $32.98 + $2.72/1000 gallons
Total Base Rate (Water + Sewer): $52.53
Basic fees pertaining to water and sewer utility accounts:

Bulk Water Rates: $50 per hook up + $.015 per gallon – not available when water restrictions are in place. Must get approval from Public Works Director and provide complete information at Town Hall prior to receiving any water.

Renters may be listed as additional users and have access to the account, but the property owner is ultimately responsible, in accordance with Town Code 10-2-1.
