Important Notice: New Payment Portal Registration
If you did not receive an email about the new payment portal, it may be because we do not have an email address attached to your water and sewer account. If you have not done so already, please register your account using the following link: https://ennismt.payacp.com/.
The payment portal allows you to securely save your debit/credit card or bank account information to make future payments faster. Please note: this does not enroll you in automatic payments.
You can also opt in to receive a text reminder three days before your bill is due. Simply reply “Pay Now” to the text, and your payment will be processed immediately.
You will need your WebID to complete registration. This can be found on any previous water or sewer bill.
Please note: If you are set up with ACH through a bank account, you can still register your account to view past bills and receive additional notifications via email or text.
