Any business or entity who wishes to use Town of Ennis sidewalks, streets, on or off-street parking spaces, and/or public parks/land must complete a Town of Ennis User Agreement. This agreement must be completed and submitted to the Town Clerk of Ennis at Ennis Town Hall at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the event.
