Today the Montana Law Enforcement Academy graduated class #177 in Helena. Included in the graduation was Ennis Police Departments very own Officer Matt Fisher. Officer Fisher spent 3 months in Helena obtaining the Montana required basic training to become a certified police officer.

Officer Fisher through his integrity, knowledge and personal experience made Ennis and me very proud of his achievement. He will be back on patrol shortly, completing his field training. If you see Officer Fisher, please congratulate him on his excellent job and hard work.

If you are wondering why Ennis needs more police officers, please reach out and I will be happy to provide you with the call details, and any other information that may be helpful showing why we need more police officers. Unfortunately, little old Ennis is growing up whether we want to admit it or not, and with growth comes more people and more opportunities for crime.

Have a great day,

Chief John Moore
