TOWN OF ENNIS: NOTICE OF FIRST PUBLIC HEARING/ADDITION TO AND CHANGES TO THE PARKING ORDINANCE FOR THE TOWN OF ENNIS
The Town of Ennis will hold a Public Hearing on August 8, 2019 at 6:50 p.m., at the Ennis Town Hall located at 328 W. Main Street, Ennis MT. for the purpose of obtaining public comments on the proposed changes to the Parking Ordinance for the Town of Ennis.
Interested persons will be given the opportunity to ask questions and express their opinion regarding the proposed changes to the Parking Ordinance. Written comments will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on August 8, 2019 and will be read for the record at the public hearing. Written comments may be mailed to Town of Ennis/Pkg. Ordinance, 328 W. Main St., Ennis, MT. 59729, faxed to 406 682-5011, or delivered in person to 328 W. Main Street.
Copies of the proposed ordinance changes can be reviewed at Ennis Town Hall or Madison Valley Public Library during normal business hours.
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: CONDITIONAL USE REQUESTS
On August 8, 2019, 6:30 p.m., at Ennis Town Hall the Zoning Board of Adjustment will review, take comments and make a decision on two Conditional Use applications.
1)Jason Roylance is requesting a Conditional Use for 4 lots next to the Post Office on Hwy. 287 to allow Commercial with dwelling units. Current zoning for these lots is Commercial/Industrial.
2)North 40 Development is requesting a Zone Change on Block 4 & 6, North 40 Subdivision from Core Commercial to Residential Town Density.
