The Ennis Town Commission acting as the Board of Adjustment will review discuss and vote on the following Conditional Use Applications.
Conditional Use Permits: Jason Roylance is requesting a Conditional Use for 4 lots next to the Post Office to allow Commercial with dwelling units. Current zoning on these lots is Commercial/Industrial.
John Heckler is requesting a Conditional Use to build Residential Dwellings on Lots 1 & 2 of the Love Addition to the Town of Ennis.
